Try laying on your back on the floor (or a mat), lift your legs to a 90 degree angle and then lift your butt up, & put your legs back to a 90 degree angle. It really works out the lower abdomen. You'll start to feel the burn. Or you could try bicycle crunches

I started it on Sunday L1D1. Haven't worked out to the video since because I'm insanely sore! So instead I've been doing simple 10 minute workouts using 3lbs dumbbells. I'm going to continue drinking the shakes and eating the snack bars until I run out. It would be a complete waste of money to just throw them away. Today was the second day I was on SlimFast, and it actually went a lot better than yesterday...the shakes made me feel full, and helped keep me that way for a while.
