  • Hi lexi88, congrats for your new born, I'm Lactation Counselor, It is true every time you breastfeeding for baby you will burn around 500-800 calories, so you need to replace them, that's why after you nurse your baby you will feel very hungry and thirsty.   • YOU ARE SO RIGHT, I WAS IN SLIM FAST FOR 3 WKS, I QUIT TODAY, I DON'T LOSE 2 LBS A WEEK BESIDE DE AFTER TASTE OF THE SHAKE AND BAR..IS PRETTY NASTY. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING IS THAT HELP ME HOW TO COUNT CALORIES AND STICK IN IT. NOW I JUST TRY TO EAT 1200-1300/DAY AND WORKOUT. THANK FOR YOUR POST! MARIA

  • Hi, Stephany, I'm Maria I join mfp because as I'm doing slim fast I have to count my calories, I lost 6 lbs so far, but I still havae long way to go. so the good thing is that I count with a lot of friends and family to support me. I do Zumba and walk in the treatmeal every day, but I would like to try spinning!!
