Buy some whey protein powder and make your own shakes. It will be a lot cheaper in the long run. Protein powder will not bulk you up!! You can buy Jillian Michaels DVD's on Amazon in the UK - 30 day shred is £4.99. Weights will not bulk you up as you are female and so not full of testosterone! you would need to take hormones and steroids to bulk up like a man!

I would definitely reduce your portion sizes - eating smaller 5- 6 small meals throughout the day will keep your blood sugar level and stop you feeling too hungry. speak to your partner and ask him to cook you healthy but delicious meals on the weekend. For fat loss I would suggest a protein shake following your workout rather than carbs.:drinker:

More than half of a full egg's 6 g of protein comes from the white. A single egg white offers 4 g of protein without the yolk's fat and cholesterol.
