Bump Some amazing transformations!
-
That's great! It worked for me too- I had lost 35lbs eating low calories, then plateaued for a month, increased my calories and started losing again. Enjoy your holiday:)
-
Try having some brown rice or quinoa with your salad, this will increase your calories a bit for the day, but in a healthy way:)
-
Thanks for sharing - I will have to give them a go:)
-
You look absolutely fabulous - like a different person!!! really well done:)
-
Another thing you could try is eating more protein with a ratio of protein/carbs/fat - 40%/40%/20%. Change your macros in your food diary. Works for me! Good luck
-
You look amazing - so happy too:) you are an inspiration.
-
Chocolate - I have a couple of squares almost everyday - it makes me happy:)

Bump I suffer from weak ankles, too, it is mostly when I run I feel it the next day. I do calf raises with weights. I would be interested to hear the advice!

I eat protein/carbs/fat - 40%/40%/20%. I restrict the fruits to berries and red grapefruit and a banana now and again, as fruits are loaded with sugar. when I cook with oils, I use the spray type so I don't use as much. Stevia is a good natural alternative to sugar.

For every drink of alcohol you have, drink a glass of water, in between each drink. This will help with dehydration and hopefully lessen the effects of a hangover the next day As you suggested, do more exercise before the event as you may not be up to it the next day! Have fun
-
Congratulations! you look amazing:)
-
Well said Bushidomama!! I totally agree.
