Me: .5 LMS: .5 I was half successful last night! I didn't finish the snickerdoodle I grabbed, I ate half and put the other half in a zip log bag and put it way as a treat for tomorrow. I then walked into the kitchen 30 minutes later and my husband was finishing the cookie.

That's interesting - I have been reading other books etc and they suggest three meals and one snack and no eating after dinner. Breakfast needs to be substancial to get the system going after the 10 to 14 hour fast. I am going to try it also.

I try to be, as I feel just exhaused if I do eat gluten. The longer I go without gluten, the stronger my body reacts to it so I try to stay away from it as much as possible.

You need to take your meds, it will help balance your system so you can start losing weight. It can be a slow processes but it can be done.:smile:
