Put raw spinach in salad. You cant even taste it but it's good for you. We like to put garlic and a little butter on asparagus and grill it on the pit wrapped in aluminum foil. Grilled zucchini is great too.

Worked great for me. He lived an hour away so we didnt see each other much anyway. I could call him in the middle of the night. :blushing: But eventually one or the other will start seeing someone else. I havent seen him for 2 years.

I allow myself one day a week, usually friday or saturday to eat what I want without overeating. I'll eat pasta or pizza, something I'm not eating during the week. I feel if I dont do that I may fail the diet altogether. And it gives me a day to look forward to.:drinker:
