  • we ar huge fans of fajitia's steak or chicken and you can get whole wheat wraps or the 97% fat free ones...and the left over filling you can use the next with brown rice under it or as a stir fry...just be super easy on the cheese...I don't use cheese at all, which is hard for me because it is one of my weaknesses!

  • If you want to work out barefoot (I do all the time) wear a knee brace...you can buy them at wal-mart in the pharmacy section! I have RA so it is essential that I wear one and it helps...you could give it a try ....you'll only be out 15 bucks if it doesn't work

  • sounds like there is a difference in the type of carbs....one complex and one simple.....fruit carbs are natural carbs....not from fake processing
  • I agree why do all the work of exercise if you are going to eat it all back....may as well have not eaten and not exercised!
  • try hard to burn 150 to 300 calories a day with exercise and I usually have 400 to 500 calorie defict and I am loosing about 2 lbs a week which is still a healthly amount more than that might not be. It is hard to have that big of a deficit for me cause I have 4 kids I am very strict about what I eat every day all day.

  • best thing hat has worked for me is eating like 10 times day,,,a cup of grapes here a toss salad there tuna on mutli grain crackers...just one thing and only about a cup worth but if you eat about every hour and half or two you never feel the hunger and it helps your metabolism...at least they say it does! anyway it helps…
  • I have 4 kids and it is super hard to get out....I do upside down push ups with the youngest....lay on the floor on you back and hold them with our hands under their arms pits with their feet resting on your knees and push them up and bring them back down and kiss them...they lov it and counts as push ups...my favorite…
