Hi! When I started to try and lose weight after my back surgery, I was 199 5'5". I worked in a busy ER 3-12hr shifts a week and counted that as my exercise while tracking my calories. If you have a Samsung or other android, there are free apps on the Google Play Store under exercise. They have ones for arms, legs, butt, abs. Maybe check those out? Some you may be able to do without putting weight on your foot?

I just started Rocking body too. I couldn't find how to calculate calories burned either so I put it under general aerobics?

I know this may sound crazy but you need to meet your calorie goals if you want the weight to come off. Staying under only makes your body think it's starving and will conserve.
