I really like HyVee flavored waters and HyVee sodas. I like the carbonation. I try to only buy sodas with spenda instead of aspartame. And I am also trying not to drink caffeine.

I don't count my vitamins since there aren't many calories.

Avoid drinking for a straw. I started drinking water with a straw cup and couldn't figure out why by the afternoon I was feeling like I was going to explode. No more straws and I am fine.

Stage 1 complete. I am not doing the AMRAPS, but I am taking a week off then starting stage 2!

Wear a HRM when you are doing 30DS. I bet you don't burn as much as you think. Also you gain water weight to repair muscles. If you took a week off 30DS you would probably lose the water.

decided to do interval today because I had pizza for lunch and I thought it would be a good idea since next week I will start stage 2. Tomorrow I do Stage 1 B8 hopefully I am not sore from interval tomorrow.

Soreness seems to get better after the first 2 exercises. Then if I up my weights too much I get sore again.

I am 29 5'2" 150 I did what the book said for awhile and then I tried cutting 300 calories from that. Now I am trying to net 1400. I have gone up and down from 147-151 since I started NROLW.

I did the workout that starts with Squats workout A yesterday. I will do the workout that starts with Deadlifts tomorrow. I am only doing 2 workouts a week. Monday I will do Squats workout again

There are Stages 1 - 7. For Stage 1 there is a workout A and a workout B. Each Workout you do 8 times. Here is how it would work if you did the workouts Monday Wednesday Friday Monday Stage1 Workout A1 Wednesday Stage 1 Workout B1 Friday Stage 1 Workout A2 Monday Stage 1 Workout B2 Wednesday Stage 1 Workout A3 and so on…

I am excited to be done with Stage 1 next week. I have to wait for guys to use weights at my work gym almost everyday. One asked me what event I am training for. So far I really like Nrol4 W. I get sore doing deadlifts once in awhile not sure if that is from doing them wrong or from upping my weight too much.

I finished Stage 1 A7 today. Today: Squats - 70 lbs Seated rows - 75 lbs Stepups - 20lbs in each hand Workout plus 5 minute walk/run warmup = 215 calories burned in 43 minutes

when you up calories it can take weeks before you start losing again. body needs to adjust

I think your not eating enough. Trying going up to 1400 calories for a few weeks and see if you lose.

I did Stage 1 B5 today. I am thinking about taking a off exercise week and just cutting calories and see if I can lose. I have pretty much stayed the same weight since the end of March.
