walk during half of your lunch break, walk up and down steps, instead of lifting the laundry basket off the floor once do it a few times. You really just need to find about 20 minutes of time.

I am confused how many lunges I am supposed to do and how many step ups. Stage 1 B4 Step ups do I do 12 with the right leg wait 60 seconds 12 with the left wait 60 seconds prone jackknife and then repeat? Same type of thing for lunges?

Good job! I am trying to do NRol4W without cardio. My only cardio is the 5 minutes before I lift. I finished Stage 1 2B today and I have already noticed that I am smaller in hips and lower abs. I have gained weight since starting.

I didn't do the greatest counting calories this weekend. Today was Stage 1 B2. I am up 1.3 lbs from Monday that was the day I started Stage 1. This week I am going to try hard to get 1500-1600 on no workout days and 1600-1700 on workout days.

Check http://www.fat2fitradio.com/ do the BMR calculation. I just started New Rules for Lifting for Women and it tells me to eat 1900+ on nonworkout days and 2100+ on workout days to maintain. I am 5'2"

My question is about how long will it take me to get to my goal if I eat my Fat2fit? I want to lose 13 more lbs. Fat2fit says my bmr is 1454 and sedentary is 1676.

My update. In the process of packing to move so I decided to eat what I want this week. For 14 days my average was 1585 calories a day. I am going to try to net between 1440-1500 next week. 1650 is most likely not more than your maintenance so you shouldn't gain especially if you are exercising.

4 lbs in a day has to be just water. Give it a few more days. I was told to try it for at least 3 weeks.

5'2" SW 162.4 CW 148.7 just upped from about 1200 net to 1440 about 1.5 weeks ago. I have been pretty much staying about the same weight for 3 weeks. I have also had a few days that were bad in there.
