I make pizzas using Western Bagel Alternative Pitas 110 calories for the pita, tortillas work, flat breads. Personal Pan pizza hut gives you portion control and isn't too bad. Husband and I share subway pizzas.

I have decided to try to net 1440. Eating my exercise calories. I am also not going to weigh myself for 2 weeks so that I don't get discouraged during the adjustment. We will see what happens.

I am doing 30 Day Shred 1-2 times a week and Cardio (mainly elliptical 3 times a week). I was lifting 2-3 times a week and doing cardio but when I started 30 Day Shred I stopped lifting because I was told not to do weights everyday and 30 day uses some weights.

Completed LVL1 day 4 yesterday. I am not doing it everyday. I am switching between that and cardio. I used 3lb weight yesterday and my polar ft4 said I burned 166 calories. My 2 year old was having fun jumping around next to me while I was working out.

I think it is fine to do whatever levels work for you. The way I understood it was that the different levels are just to change it up and hand work your muscles in a different way.

I just got a Polar Ft4 HRM. I tried it for the first time today doing 30 Day Shred LVL1. MPF gave me some crazy high number over 300 for circuit training, my HRM said 164. I am been working out since January so I am not in bad shape. I worked out pretty hard today.

Try this for a day and see if it helps. No carbonated liquids. do not drink out of a straw, no hard candy, no gum.
