Sex: female Age: 24 Weight: 192 Height: 5'5 How many calories you NET per day: an average of 1650-1700 though my goal is 1960 How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes- i try to do cardio at least 20 40 min everyday sometimes i get more. and some of my strength takes about 20 min also 3 days a week.

i generally make some kind of sandwich...... turkey or ham and cheese....peanut butter and jelly....or tuna fish....

i like ranch on my salad....lol i just always heard its been to pile ur salads w tons of ranch...i use the wishbone ranch spray...20 calories for about ten sprays....and same taste as dumping 2tbs (80) calories. lol

lol eww hummus...i've tried to like that....i just can't....and i've always heard salad dressing has too much fat in it... now the potatoes w turkey chilli sounds awesome...potatoes are my weak food. lol the rest sounds awesome. :)

my reward will most definately be able to look in the mirror naked and absolutely love what i see and know that i worked hard to see myself as sexy....that itself will be the best reward ever......plus reward to be able to wear the cute tiny clothes i see my sister in law wear and use to think i can never look that good.

i like fitnessfrog.com as well because it has the tdee calculator. i use both site....fat2fitradio.com to get my body fat % and the other one i use for my bmr and tdee.

are u eating enough to keep up w ur activites? that can stall u out if ur not eating enough.

IT helps keep u full.....and flushes stuff out....it also makes u lose ur water weight.....ur body holds onto water and when u drink more water it sees ur gonna keep it coming so it lets go of the water tat is being stored.... so more water=less water weight. lol
