just snacks for now. i have supper planned out. but i think its only gonna be about maybe 500. lol juice sounds good. i'm very thirsty but not very hungry. i think i'll get some v8 for extra fruit and veggies. :) thanks

just want to add that fiber keeps u full too. and the benefit of bulk to help u go to the bathroom more often. which is a very good thing as well. just my little tidbit. lol

i wouldn't worry about it. i've learned u can't eliminate anything completly from ur diet cuz that only makes u want it that much more. and if ur that worried about do a little extra work out like i do and burn it right back off. or like someone else said eat a salad. that's only 20 calories. :)

wouldn't u need to lower it as well as u lose weight? because ur bmr and ur tdee lowers as u lose weight. so why when u plateau would u go up again if ur tdee has been lowered?

that's what i was thinking too. but i know some ppl would be worried about the sugar. but i guess considering its technically the only sugar sugar thing i eat/drink.....cuz i use splenda in other stuff.

read it in a couple of posts on mfp. and i'm over my bmr. i found out today ur suppose to eat at least ur bmr. between ur bmr and tdee to lose weight. i've lost 15lbs. i don't want to gain it back. lol

i wasn't eating enough. my bmr is 1642 and i was only eating 1200 a day. my tdee is 2036 so i upped my calories to 1730 which is an extra 530 a day. but a 15% deficient of my tdee.

it only tells u your eating to few if u eat under 1200 calories. i figured out that's the only time it will tell u.

ok great thanks. 1730 is what i get not counting my excercise. 1983 is what i get choosing light active. i do 15 min jogging nonstop practically every day. and walking every now and then. so which should i choose. is that considered ligh active or sedentary

ok awesome thanx. so i guess i definately need to up my calories. according to the math the 15% deficient from my tdee will put me to eating 1983 calories a day. do i eat back excercise calories or no because i read that the tdee takes in ur actiity level

i have 57 more to go. i've lost about 16 lbs in 3-4 months. i want to lose the most a week that is healthy which i think is 2 a week. my excercise generally consists of 15 min of jogging nonstop. i do a little bit of walking which is generally about an hour but i do that about every other day.
