@L412 That is such a great attitude! Had a big eating weekend (anniversary, excuses, excuses) but my workouts were on track. 6/6 complete plus I through in some Zumba on Saturday morning (before the big anniversary dinner). Start: 164.8 Last Week: 165.8 This Week: 162.6 3.2 pounds down.

I'm down 1.2 lbs but still up 1 lb from the start of this competition. Working out hard 6 days a week, nutrition in check, just too many healthy snacks after dinner (my downfall). Going to really work on that this week and get to bed earlier! Start: 164.8 Last: 167 Current: 165.8 @_AddictedtoAerosmith_ You must be so…

Awesome you guys! I have not replaced my scale (and I kind of like that...although not the point of this challenge). I'm definitely more mindful of my eating and keeping up with workouts 6 times per week! Good things will come in the form of weight loss. When I replace my scale I will weigh in. You are all very motivating.…

I'm down half a pound - on a new scale though, so who knows! Saturday night was a cheat night and my rings were tight this morning (meaning bloat city). Not stressing! Good work to all of the "losers". :D

@drbcru - the coming weeks will only get better!

I literally stepped on the scale, it was up 2 pounds and then the scale broke! Changed the batteries out and that didn't fix the problem. Going to have to buy a new scale this week... As for being 2 pounds up, it's probably accurate. I feel really puffy and bloated today. My weight usually increases temporarily when I…

I don't know what happened to my reply posted above, but basically I hope we're all losers, too! :)

I'm up for it! That said, my plan is to allow for one cheat meal once a week (more than likely a weekend dinner). That's to keep me sane and because I know spiking my calorie intake once a week works for me...the tough part will be getting back on track after the cheat meal!

I'm born on the exact same day as my sister (three years older to the date) and my dad!

Skinny jeans and a slightly mid-drift baring, sleeveless shirt!

Hi everyone! Thanks for starting this challenge @sasbw27. It's exactly what I need. Like you, I've been on and off MFP for several years, and when I'm on, it's a sure-fire way to get results! I had my best success after having my second baby over three years ago. I got down to my pre-baby/goal weight and have since put on…

Hi everyone! Excited about this. I'm 164.8 as of yesterday. That's 10 lbs higher than 3 months post-partum with my second child over three years ago. Feeling lousy about that. Time to kick my own butt again! Thanks for the motivation. My target weight is 155.

I go through that cycle for a few weeks - just eating way too much at night, even the healthy stuff. For me the only thing that works is going to be early! I allow myself a snack after dinner and an herbal tea then that's eat. Even if I'm in bed reading, I need to get there by 10 pm at the latest...earlier if I'm feeling…

I'm an Insanity Graduate and have Asylum waiting for me... Just need to finish Body Revolution first (I'm almost at week 10 of 13). Following this post for motivation!

I see BIG changes! Good for you, girl! You must feel so good. I finished Insanity in Dec. 2010. Didn't lose any weight, just a few inches though as my diet at that time wasn't finely tuned. Congrats!

I switched to Almond Milk (unsweetened vanilla) - takes some getting used to but way less calories! Also, anyone heard of Ripped Cream? It's all natural coffee creamer with as much protein as an egg. The flavored are Lean Vanilla Bean or Chizzled Chocolate. I have a Giveaway happening on FB Page for two bags! So good and…
