I tried the ranch dressing during the first week of my diet just hoping it would be okay. It was awful mostly because of the chemical taste. I cant imagine its good for you. But I have heard people saying its good, I just couldn't get over all the chemicals.

I tried the ranch salad dressing just HOPING and it was the most chemical tasting product I have ever tried. That was during the first week of my diet. I know better now LOL

I ate them for about 2 weeks and I did loose a little over a pound a week but since then I have started to figure out how to cook healthy and I loose a lot faster. Im not sure if this is because of not eating the meals but I am going to continue to do what seems to be working.

My favorite diet snacks are - fiber one bars of any kind - sensible choices veggie chip - diet Swiss miss (25 cal) and 3/4th cup of silk light (45 cal) Hot chocolate is a great comfort to me and I love this mixture!
