Hi, Baby is due in 3 weeks but wanted to add some other mums to get motivated/support when baby is here/I'm recovered from birth! I just weighed myself and I'm 166lbs, I know some of that is baby etc but need to get in shape during summer as I'm bridesmaid in September! X

Exercise is good to get out any frustrations, I always feel less stressed after shutting off from the world and going for a run/cross trainer/aerobics - releases anger I think lol. Also try meditation, it's really helped with my anxiety and clearing my mind :) hope this helps

If your having a day where you don't want to see other people in the gym, just stay at home and exercise. I've only ever been to a gym three times in my life, and personally I didn't enjoy it, I much prefer going running in the streets/fields around where I live and doing yoga type stuff in my house.
