Days off?

What are your experiences of having days off after back to back days in a row 'on track'

    Since I'm off weekends my off day is Monday because I know I'll hit the gym harder on the weekends. Sometimes I'll take Friday off or just make it a light cardio day

    Since I'm up early 6days a week (4 cardio, 2 resistance) I give myself a day to sleep in and rest.

    Day off from exercise or logging?

    Exercise? I take off every Sunday. I work out around 12 hours a week across six days, so I deserve some slack :)

    Logging? Not really. I track everything I eat, but I will still eat 'bad' things if I want them. If I want half a large pizza Hut pizza, you bet I will chow down on that! Plus the other half the next day.

    I usually do something pretty much everyday, I just have really light days (20-30mins yoga and stretching) instead of days off. I find it keeps me motivated but everyone is different :smile: see what works for you
