I work at Bed Bath and Beyond while in school and the Vitamix is by far the best way to go if you need a lot of watts for frozen fruit and ice cubes. You'll love it!

No expert here but I don't think it should change too dramitacally. We all have our bad days sometimes so do get too down on yourself. Just make up for it tomarrow. Exercise and drink a lot of water! You should still lose weight, especially if this is your first week of counting your calories. Good luck!

I was thinking about trying this out as well. I heard it really works but that you have to hold off on the alchohol and maintain a strict diet. Is that true or just a myth? I'm a college student and ND football is about to start so I was just curious!

I usually work out bright and early in the morning and have a lot of energy from sleeping. I think I've trained my body to be ready to work early! I will make a better effort of eating more.

Thank you guys for all of the responses. I will make sure I eat more than 1200 calories a day. I think drinking all of this water makes me much less hungry. I appreciate it guys! Good luck to all!

I didn't say it wasn't good for you, it was just a different take on the topic. I try to drink 8 a day but sometimes, I'm just not that thirsty. I workout every morning and have at least 3 bottles after that to replenish my fluids but as the day goes on, I find myself having to kinda force 5 more glasses down.

Great story. Believe in yourself. Don't pay attention to the naysayers, they have nothing else better to do. They depend on hurting other people to make them happy which is beyond shallow. Keep it up!
