Keep it up guys. I'm in the middle of Week 4 and enjoying the lighter load. So glad I decided to do P90x went from 192 to 181 in less than 4 weeks! I feel so great...getting those looks I haven't since high school! So keep it up guys. If you eat right and follow the plan, it is well worth the hard work!

Agreed. I've been trying to eat at least 100 grams myself. If you are working out that much, then your body needs the fuel. I've been seeing much better results since I started making a more concerted effort to do this. Good luck!

Yes I definetely suggest you exercise more. Eating right just isn't enough if you want to see a big difference. Exercise 4-5 times a week while drinking a lot of water, you should start seeing that weight go! Good luck!

I did the same 2 weeks ago and just been drinking water. I reward myself to one soda every week. It's been working so good! My body definetely feels better drinking all of this water. Keep it up!

It's healthy to have 1 or 2 rest days a week! Just as long as these rest days don't include Taco Bell or McDonalds, you should be fine! Muscles need time to heal and develop. Keep up the good work!

Nice post! I love my craft beers as well. Unfortunately had to cut beer out of my diet to reach my goals. I allow myself to "splurge" and have a few on Sundays to reward myself! Love New Castle, Sierra Nevada, Arrogant *kitten*, and this brew from Kansas City I can't think of the name!

Good question. I've just been eating really lean meats like ham and turkey. I'm just focusing on getting enough protein through these first few weeks because I can feel my body crave it after the workouts. Like said above, I'm finding milk after my workout helps a lot.

On my 5th day of P90x. Just finished back and legs. This is the best workouts I've ever been through. I started at 5'10 192 and I amd already down to 188.5. I'd like to get down to the 175 range. I am eating a lot of protein and drinking lots of water. Also eating myoplex bars and throwing in some Omega 3 and B12 vitamins.…
