I've heard they are really good for you and do a lot of positive things for your body? Is this true? Any other "non popular fruits or veggies" that do more than just give you Vitamin C? Thanks in advance people!

Need protein ideas!
I'm in the second week of P90x and I'm struggling to meet the protein goal of one gram per pound I weigh. I just bought GNC Whey Protein and had 2 servings of that so that gave me a nice 40 grams but I still need a bunch more! Any other ideas or suggestions. I'm eating lean meat as well...Will my results go drastically…

I've tried many other workouts before but this is by far the most extreme workout I've ever been through. I am following the diet plan and drinking plenty of water. Also started taking Omega 3's.
