So I've eaten really badly today...

and it's made me feel sick!

I feel really guilty too.

I started calorie counting on Wednesday and everyday except today, I've eaten under my calorie goal, but today I pigged out during a film with a friend.

When I'm on my own, I find calorie counting easy peasy! But with my friend staying over, it's a lot more difficult!

So now, I've eaten about 650 calories over my goal :(

Will this affect my weight-loss dramatically? I don't mind how much I lose this week, just as long as I lose something!

  • No expert here but I don't think it should change too dramitacally. We all have our bad days sometimes so do get too down on yourself. Just make up for it tomarrow. Exercise and drink a lot of water! You should still lose weight, especially if this is your first week of counting your calories. Good luck!

    3500 calories/week over your "maintenance" calories will have you gain one pound in that week. So just try and not go over your allowance (which is less than maintenance) the rest of the week and you should still lose.

    No matter what stay strong and try to eat healthier foods the rest of the day. Start again tomorrow!
