I appreciate the comments, It feels like I spend hours and hours every week working on this and so its a freaking huge part of my life. So I feel like sharing that part of my life with my friends/family, just like I would if I spent a couple hours at a movie or whatever I did that weekend. But I feel like just by…

As you lose weight your body is generally burning less calories at rest so you have to eat less calories to have the same amount of deficit, so as you lose weight it tends to get harder (you have to be more extreme) to lose weight. One way to counteract this is to gain muscle mass instead of just lose weight as it will…

TDEE - 20% is basically what I'm doing, trying to watch what type of calories too, but mostly its how much I've put in vs my TDEE, So far its working well, another thing I do is I have what I call a zag day on Saturdays, so I eat around 2000 calories that day just to try to throw my body off of what to expect. Remember…

I plan having a cheat day once a week, however on my cheat days, I still make sure to log my calories and try to ask myself if I'm hungry before I eat. I try not to eat a whole bunch of something because I just want a taste of it. (I fail quite often at this) but no matter how badly my week ends on Mondays I always say I'm…

I've been doing this seriously for about a month now and have dropped 10 lbs...I am very excited about it. I am about a third of the way to my ultimate Goal and definitely making my way to changing my life. I read the forums often and really want a way to get motivation to keep going. I would love to make some friends so…

The average American eats about 3800 calories every other day though....So 4500 isn't too much of a stretch, Sure makes my 1500 feel good.

I started 17 days ago, I noticed the same thing, at first I was hungry like crazy, but now I am getting used to it. I'm still losing weight so it must be working.

I'm already limiting my caloric intake as well as running 3 times a week, but I'm looking for a good strength training program that should last around 4 months or so. I know that limiting calories can only do so much, I really not only want to lose weight, but get more fit and gain muscle mass.

That might be a good idea just use the technique and switch up the exercises so that you get more of a balanced workout. I don't think I would call this ripped. This is closer to how I feel I look now.
