How to talk about weight loss without being a jerk?
I'm not sure this is the best place for this, but sometimes when I talk about weight loss success or my goals, I feel I'm coming off arrogant or I feel that they feel put down because they haven't had success. Halfway there
Today I weighed in at exactly 14 lbs down. Which is halfway to my goal Yay!!! It also happens to be the first time in the 150's for about 7 years and it also puts me in the Healthy BMI Range. Doing a happy dance now.

hunger
I have what could be a kind of odd question. I've been at this for about 5 weeks now. The first week sucked bad, I was so hungry it was unreal, now its not so bad eating the same amount of calories. Does that mean that my BMR has changed due to it getting used to my new routine amount of calories?
