I started Jan 1 with a goal of 145, I'm currently 147, so I've lost 28 lbs and very happy about it. I'm wondering about maintenance and how slowly I should try to re-add calories, currently I'm eating 1500 calories a day, What I'm considering is adding back 100 calories per day per week, so my first maintenance week I'd be at 1600, then the next week 1700 and so on until I get to my TDEE which is around 2100. Does that sound too quick? At what point do I realize that I've moved too fast or added too many calories back. Just trying to get all of the information so that I don't put the weight back on.
