Officially met both of my goals today. I started Jan 1 at 173.4 with a goal to be 145 which is where I was when I was in college but more importantly I wanted to be a certain shape which I measured by wanting to wear some pants that I hadn't worn in about 8 years. The pants are comfortable and so am I. I know for some 28 lbs is a small weight loss and certainly 100 days to do it is not nearly the commitment that 2 years is. However the weight loss plan has changed my mind set and I plan on continuing counting my cals and am certain that I can continue this plan for a long time with increased daily calorie goals. If there is one thing I learned from this eperience its set your goals with something you will do and just do it.
