I was a lot like you! I had to decide it was time to change. I rarely eat processed foods and I replace those foods with fruits and veggies. I'll tell you that the farther away I am from processed/high carb foods the less often I crave those foods and I swear my taste buds are more in tune and whenever I eat fruit it's…

Did you see the giant full moon? Bet it contributed... Since you're not set at sedentary you don't need to track it. You can if you want or you can consider it a bonus burn!

I don't really get those cravings any more since switching to Paleo. I must not be eating the types of foods that spark cravings. When I cheat it takes me a few days to get back in to it though.

I don't wear scents to the gym because I'm not at the gym to pickup guys, I'm there to work out!!
-
I see a huge difference. Good job!

My doctor goes by how I feel rather than the tests. You may want to shop around. Just because the test doesn't show it, doesn't mean nothing is wrong or that there is no reason you're not feeling your best.

Eggs and turkey bacon sometimes. But most often I start my day with fruit and some almond butter. Don't be afraid to eat "dinner" for breakfast if that's what looks good.

It is quite the conspiracy how grains are pressed on us. I went to healthcare.gov to look at their preventive recommendations. They told me to get more folic acid from fortified cereals!! Ignore the greens or asparagus, just eat cereal that have to have the nutrients added in. The food pyramid is a joke. I quit eating…

Looks like a lot more than 6 lbs!
-
Okay so here is the solution to that. Make sure your exercise burned calories are accurate. I have a heart rate monitor. Apparently those have some faults but it is better than going in blind. I also got a food scale. Please consider the quality of te food you're eating. If you just started running again you are breaking…

I took a look and it looks like you're a few hundred calories under for the past few days. If you don't eat enough your body will want to hang on to everything you eat. My thoughts on the junk food are that maybe you were eating enough calories via junk food and now you aren't. You may also be retaining fluids from growing…

You look great!!!

I drink tea as well and was putting one or two Splenda in. Once I stopped I found that drinking plain tea wasn't really that bad! After the way Splenda's effects on my taste buds went away, everything tasted much better. I could just be crazy though! I'm still drinking plain tea :)
-
Oh I hadn't noticed that. Always good to hear another angle. Thanks. I definitely feel better without the Splenda ;)

No one?

This was an old post but I'll have a go. I'm not worried about panty lines because you only avoid that either by not wearing them or by wearing a thong. Every woman should know that a thong plus sweaty gym time is a no no! Some people should worry less about panty lines and more about the spandex pants being stretched so…

Is your calorie goal a result of you choosing 2lbs per week loss? You may be too close to goal for that. Try changing it to 1 or less per week. Your calorie goal will increase, and you'll feel more satisfied. It sounds like your body is signaling it needs more foods.

I have mine set to sedentary and I assume that the 1.2 x BMR accounts for cooking and cleaning etc. I DO count out of the ordinary non routine things. For example, I went for a walk, then I spent three hours cleaning and waxing my car. I never wash or wax my car so I did track that activity with my HRM. I ended up "eating"…

I have a weighted one. It works for me! It made me sore at first, like the bruised kind of sore. After you get used to it, it is fine.

I would go to Nepal but then I'd want to find a warm beach for a bikini.
-
That happened to me with power 90 and p90x. Now I know why they encouraged measuring tape and pics more than the scale!
-
Very interesting. Maybe that is my problem right now as well. Thanks OP for asking!
-
Wow! Great results!
-
Like the OP asked... How long does it take to go away or start losing again?
-
Bump... As soon as I started putting weights in my routine I stopped losing. Wonder if that is why.

Hi, I'm 24. I'm new to mfp by about a month and I log in daily :) anyone can add me
-
I would just drink water and go to bed since you're already over your calories. I know I'm worthless at working out when I had a drink or Meds that make me tired.

If you like it, do it. It will be good for your heart, your blood sugar, lungs, bones. Go for it. Just eat your exercise calories back if you're worried about it being too much for weight loss. You can always modify how much effort you're putting in as well by having tighter/looser moves.
