What is your macronutrient ratio and why? I am having trouble deciding :) I'm looking in to 20 carb, 65 fat and 15 protein. I think I'm kinda worried that it is too high fat.

So I mix up my routine and do a different type of cardio every day. I couldn't find cardio dancing in mfp but I do it many times a week. Any one weigh less NOT first thing in the morning?
I have noticed that when I weigh first thing in the morning (nekked and after the morning business), sometimes I will "feel" lighter just an hour or so later. When I check the scale, it will show me as up to a lb lighter. What gives? Where did those ounces go? Just breathing and sweating (I'm not generally a sweaty pig)?
