I recommend taking your measurements also. At times when I dont see a difference ont eh scales I do see them in inches.

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. A pound of feathers is the same weight as a pound of bricks. However muscle is much leaner and takes up less space than fat. I would rather loose inches if I had a choice of inches or pounds.
