I understand. that's why it took me so long to get on board with bulking. I'm still nervous about it even though I've had some muscle growth. It is hard psychologically and feeling good about what you did food-wise for the day is much more important than a contest. Keep doing what you're doing.

6/10: 10 + 300 = 310 Meh... didn't feel like even trying yesterday. oh well, got a good Back workout in and made my protein so it's all good

Rules: Come within 100 calories of your daily calorie goal and within 20 grams of Carbs & Fat without going over and not counting your exercise calories. You can go over with protein but if you're under you have to be within 20 grams. So using your nutrition goals from Wednesday, June 3: Good job, btw! :smiley:

6/3: 10 + 70 = 80 Couldn't make the numbers work today. Would had to slug down a bunch of cheese or something about 10pm. Ugh. Said screw it and tried the new Tillamook Oregon Hazelnut and Salted Caramel ice cream I bought on sale. Tasty but too many chopped hazelnuts for my liking... I'll probably still eat it though...…

I thought going over with protein was ok this month. I've been counting it as 10 points the whole month.
