  • Texarkana!
  • Get off the treadmill and get on the road! You'll enjoy your run so much more, soak up some sun, and have a more efficient workout. Treadmills rob your muscles of the "pullback phase". So, get outside in the fresh air, keep a constant and steady pace for long distances, and mix it up a bit with sprinting days...give it…
  • It depends on why the person is even on here. Sometimes I go under my suggested cal intake and sometimes I go WAY over but, I'm not concerned with the cal so much. I'm traking my fiber intake and my fitness progress. My doctors say I should have 35g of fiber per day (this isn't polite to mention but) if I don't...I only…
  • I didn't realize all the calories I could burn by just lightly cleaning the house...so my best habbit now is cleaning up the house or washing dishes every morning before work. Now I have a clean house every day (starts out that way, then gets messy again) and I feel good about being active :)

  • When I'm getting ready for work, (naked or in bra and panties) my husband still checks me out all the time and makes me feel sexy. And our four year anniversary is this month!

  • I don't think you drank too much water. You should figure out how many ounces of water you need based on your weight and activity level. Take your weight in lbs. and figure out what is 2/3 of your weight. That number in oz. is what you should intake daily. For every 30 min. of exercise, add approximately 12 oz. of water to…
  • My favorite one is Jackie Warner's Xtreme Timesaver Training dvd. It's cardio and strength in one 30 min workout. I've tried P90x but it's not for me. I rather run outside and then do some toning workouts, or stay inside when the weather is bad and do the Jackie dvd. You should give it a try :)
  • Yes, what they said. Michael's and Hobby Lobby are good general craft stores as well . They will definately have it there. :)
