Does anyone have any delicious slow cooker recipes that are around 400 calories a serving that they would be willing to share? I have a picky son and I want to make some teen friendly meals for dinner that I can eat too, that I can start in the morning before work and school and be ready in the evening for dinner. I am looking at purchasing the Betty Crocker 300 Calorie Cookbook and also the Hungry Girl 300 under 300 cookbook when it come out March 29th, hoping to adapt them to my slow cooker, as well. Thanks!!

    Salsa Chicken
    1/2 - 1 jar salsa
1 chicken breast (depending on my taste that day sometimes I top the breast with taco seasoning) Cook 8 hrs on low Add a little water to keep from drying out or sticking- serve with guacamole for some healthy fat.

Check out Kraft food recipes. They have slow cooker, kid-friendly, and picky eater recipes. They also, show all the nutritional info. for each recipe. The velveeta cheeseburger mac is good and is 370 cal. per serving.
