I love soft boiled eggs on toast. I also love frittatas, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, sunny side up, and over easy. Pretty much anyway!

Hi Arthur, I think working in an internet cafe sounds totally cool. Eating out or at events is always a challenge. I find if I just eat as much fruit and veggies as they offer, and stay low on the carbs, I do fine and enjoy myself. I hope you are doing well! Christy
