If you do a significant burn, eat more. If you are bumming around, eat less. Don't forget, it's the type of food, too. If you eat a slice of pizza, that's 200+ calories, as is ONE doughnut! cutmd and I are on the same page! I was going to also suggest Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody. I have noticed a difference in my bum-bum and thighs, where I tend to be heaviest (in fact, I once had a personal trainer tell me that my bottom half didn't match my top half! Can you imagine!). I have a problem getting enough protein calories instead of carbs. I was having the same problem. I have begun to have at least 2 protein shakes per day. Sometimes 3.
