this is what I thought, but couldn't find a lever?! wtf?! while i've got ppl's attention, is there a seperate machine for seated leg curls vs. extensions, or can you do them on the same one? I just did lying ones for my hamstring cuz I know how and where that machine works, one blunder / day is all I can handle! lol

I started hitting the gym mid december, but not watching diet till joining here Jan.20/11 SW: 174lbs here I am 9 weeks later CW: 161.7 down 12lbs. Feeling so much better!

I am starting to like it more and more each day! Someday (closwer to goal) I hope to love it! It takes time. I keep reminding myself that just like pregnancy, my body is undergoing pregnancy, and I need to be patient, kind, and accepting of it while this happens.

The last couple weekends we have gone out, so those are the really high days. The main day I have a big deficit is Thursdays as I do my TRX class and cardio and there's no way I can eat back all those calories. The deficit is definately over 3500. what about if you continously eat a fair amount of salt, would you be less affected by the fluctation? you should still see loss no?
