Negatives, concentrate on lowering your self at the slowest rate you can possibly muster, count of 10. I started at 3/4 of one pull up and now do 3 sets of 10. Still doing negatives after each set and still getting stronger.

I just made some homemade guac that I use in wraps. So I mix the avacado with lemon juice and garlic salt and keep in a container so that helps it stay better in the fridge. You can also mix a tbsp into a taco salad or other salad.

I am in the last week of TurboFire. I did the Chalean Extreme/TurboFire Hybrid as I did not want to lose the muscle I gained after Chalean Extreme. I tried to find out how the Weight watchers scale calculates BF% but have been unable to find how they do it. The Omron uses Bioelectrical Impedence which in my experiance is pretty close to the body fat calipers. Atleast the person who did my testing both methods produced similar readings.
