How often do you weigh yourself? Weekly? Daily? Only at the Dr?

I personally weigh myself everyday. It keeps me on track.0
-
daily0

Every week but I find that it can fluctuate that often so I recommend every two weeks to believe what the scales come out with! x0

weekly0

Daily or every other day. Sometimes, seeing a higher number motivates me.
Other times, it discourages me.
So I like to keep it stable.0 -
Daily. I want constant reminders of what I'm working on and my progress0
-
Yep, me too. Daily. Many people say that once a week. I think it is personal. It makes me feel that I am in control. I loose - I did something right. I gained - watch out.

I weigh my self monthly but I think I need to weigh weekly, that way I can take the average :flowerforyou:0

I usually weigh myself everyday, but I don't let the daily fluctuations discourage me. I record my weight every Friday and until that day I'm just checking up on myself every other day that I'm weighing.0

i do usually daily...but don't get hung up on the number too much, especially if it goes up a little..
i just like to be able to see a trend.0 -
your body weight can actually fluctuate somewhat during a given week, so it is best (in my opinion) to weigh yourself once a week under the same conditions. i personally weigh myself monday mornings right after i wake up, naked, after i've peed and before i drink or eat anything.0

Daily every morning cause i feel it keeps me on track of eating good and working out but Only record on here on friday mornings right before the weekend so I stay on track during the weeknd when i see the results on friday morning0
-
Weekly at the same time with the same amount of clothing on (or off).0

I don't like quickies. They're so............quick.0

everyday first thing in the morning0
-
Daily but only record once a week.0
-
weekly unless I am particularly curious0
-
Weekly! At the gym! Don't even have a scale in my house.
Only because I'd still get discouraged seeing a higher number than I want even though I know weight fluctuates daily.0 -
Not often - maybe once every two weeks. I try to gage my success by BF% and measurements since I'm in a healthy BMI.0
-
Monthly...daily weighing was driving me crazy! :noway: :noway: :noway:0

I came into this topic with the wrong mind set.0

I get on the scale daily but I don't log it on MFP unless it shows a loss.0

You said quickie... I claim false advertisement!0

I wiegh every day just to make sure i am on the right track but i never record it until Tuesday (i am a biggest loser fan). On tuesday when i weigh i make my calorie adjustments accordingly. I also use three different scales, right now anyways, i just go the Biggest Loser calorie max scale, and until i figure out how accurate it is i use my old one, the new one and the one at the gym. The biggest loser scale and gym scale are right on with each other my older one is about a pound to 2 pounds off...good thing i bought a new one!!!0

I weigh every day, to keep in check but also so I can see the weight fluctuations and realise it's not always about the scales but how I feel about food. I've had gains after really healthy days and losses after not so healthy ones. It's all a case of finding a way that works for you, after all you're the only person who needs to know that.0
-
I would get on my scale everyday. I have been trying really hard now to go two weeks. So far so good :0)0
-
Everyday, several times a day!!! It's a BAD habit I can't seem to break. I need to just give my scale to someone else. I've tried hidding it, dosen't work.0
-
Daily, but I don't take it to heart when its more one day or less the other, I consider my weight a 10 day average because its more accurate0
