I exercise at 6AM on the days I exercise usually 4-5 x weekly. If I don't I make every excuse in the book not to get it done.

Pills, pills and more pills. People want a pill for every dam little thing. Suck it up. We are the ones making the pharmaceutical companies rich. I am 57 years old and take no medications, eat healthy 80% and exercise 5x weekly. I am not perfect but, I don't run to the doctor for every little ache and pain. Get tough.

I have been making a pot of soup on Sundays. I love Skinnytaste.com recipes. I portion out the soup and usually have one daily at around 11AM seems to help my appetite.
