I have soup just about every day for lunch. It's quick and easy. Right now my favorite is Campbell's Select Harvest Southwestern Style Vegetable. YUMMY! And only 100 calories for the container.

Zumba seems to be working for me. I haven't lost a lot pound wise but I've lost a pant size. I don't measure myself but my clothes are getting lose and I went shopping yesterday and bought pants a size smaller.

I have the same problem. I lose weight slowly. I try not to get discouraged with the scale and go by how my clothes fit. I've only lost 4 pounds in about 25 days but my clothes are noticeably loser. I've even had someone at work comment that it looked like I'm losing weight. I feel better and really that's what counts.

Monday was the first time I went to a class and it was really a lot of fun. I've done it on the Wii but never in a class. I can't wait to go back!

My bad, it's 108 calories per serving, About 10 1cup servings.

I have yogurt and granola w/fresh fruit for breakfast and it keeps me going until lunch. Not a lot of granola though as it is a bit high in calories.

I also use Exerbeat. I LOVE it! The boxercising is my favorite. You do have to unlock the longer workouts but it doesn't take long. An hour goes by really fast.
