I went to ladies night, I normally do really good but I ate a bunch of grains (which I don't eat) Not good, the next week for weigh in I was up like 3lbs. I just hydrated and flushed and felt much better

Try a 40 30 30 : 30% carbs 30% Fats 40% proteins. Try not to worry to much about fats though because they help you absorb your vitamins and minerals. I'm talking good fats not mcdonalds :)

Well thanks for the info. Regardless my point was that agave nectar isn't as good for you as everyone thinks it is. I personally prefer organic and natural things such as Honey. :) That's just my opinion though.

I think NSV's that make us mad are funny :) I do a class that is stretch and tone, my butt bones stick out more now and it makes it uncomfortable lol

Do whatever you feel your body can handle. Try starting where you left off. If that doesn't work bump it down a notch

I do jillian michaels 30 day shred, biggest loser cardio max, and zumba every day, at the least. I also don't eat grain, dairy, and try not to eat refined sugars. Needless to say, I work my butt off ;)

Fat helps your body absorb important vitamins and minerals. Also fat doesn't make you fat un-used carbs and calories do. :)

Yeah Alcohol makes it REALLY hard to lose weight. I would cut it to one night a week, if that. I quit drinking all together because of an allergy to sugar and the weight started falling off. I drink diet coke too sometimes. I dunno that's just me

Fat doesn't make you fat, unused carbs and calories do. Just make sure to burn calories, keep a deficit and after you burn the fat by burning calories, then you can tone.

I went grocery shopping with my boyfriend and I was practically in tears when he said we were in no way buying anymore diet coke. :( I got over it. outta sight outta mind I guess. It's hard for me too sometimes

I work out constantly and knee push ups are pretty easy but regular is impossible. I'm glad I'm not the only one I'll stick to knee's from now on and keep trying once in awhile for traditional :)

I'm grain free so I try not to but I don't think that it's that bad. The joy of salsa is you can have as much as you want. 15 chips is probably good :)
