Congrats!! Awesome work!!

Congrats!! Also, I LOVE the fuzzy slippers.

I sync AppleWatch with Pacer and sync Pacer with MFP. Seems to work decent enough to give me a fair estimate of how much I burn. YMMV, of course!
-
Ahhh! Good idea.

I keep getting "you are unique!" when I use this. It makes me think my clothes are lying to me. XD
-
Some of my adjustments are looking like that too. It's really blown out my week view. XD

Same, lol, but I’m at a G. These babies are strapped in like Fort Knox on a regular basis. Eventually, after I reach goal, I’m hoping for a reduction.

The pants I packed on my trip home in February were tight. Now, I brought them again this visit, and they fit just right. \o/

Yes! I get that too. I look younger than my age as well. XD

That's a great NSV!! I'd definitely say it's an NSV.... people's changing and evolving perspective into what's your new normal is a testament to how dedicated you've been at maintaining!

I lost fat in my scalp and around my face. My glasses (and sunglasses) all got too lose and I remember one day when I was like, "Dang something's different," and then had a double take because my glasses looked so much larger and it was a shock. So... I'd say it's definitely possible that your head changed shape!

OMG. I want a pair of dragon leggings!! That's awesome and you look great in them!!

Wow!! Incredible!! What a transformation!

I've lost 105lbs and so far have negligible loose skin. I'm a) lucky genetically and b) shaped like a noodle (generally one shape all over), so I got all over chunky (just a plumper noodle -- more ziti than angel hair) rather than parts of me getting most of the weight. I also lost it slowly (~started circa 2012), and have…

This is me too. XD I can wear them all on my wrist!

I don't have a fancy elliptical under my desk, but I do have what was once a tower roller for a computer tower before work did laptops as desktop replacements. I've carted that baby around for years, and I use it to roll around under the desk with my feet. I do it because I am a fidgety person by nature and I need…

It has somewhat gotten easier as I've lost more weight and I *think* it has to do with the fact that I'm not quite done. So some parts of me are still "heavy" while other parts of me are now where they will be. I used to not be able to sleep with my legs together because it would hurt my knee bones. Now, I can, but I…

I've never heard of Fran Denim, so I've nothing to add on that score. However, I've had good luck at Old Navy (I like their Rockstar brand -- though I'm not savvy on the different variations of that brand as I literally just found pairs I like there in the last 6 months), as well. Maybe look into some jeggings -- the…

Wow! What progress, physically AND mentally. You go, girl! You are awesome!!

I was not a fan of clothing or shopping initially, but I have grown to enjoy it. But, even though I have grown to enjoy it (not a remark on you/your desires, but more as a prelude into the next statement), I still find clothing frustrating. Because none of it's the same and what looks good to my eyes doesn't look good on…

@gewel321 Apple Watch and MFP track calories different. I use Pacer as an intermediary between my watch and MFP. It's still not perfect, but then again, nothing is. It does give me more accurate numbers because Pacer (app) translates the way Apple Watch is tracking energy to what MFP records. Good luck!

This resonates: we all have different struggles, we all experience the world differently, but it is nice that we can also learn from what others went through. Even if it is not exactly like what we (collective) are going through right now. Even if what I struggle with isn't something that someone else can get behind, it is…

I'm fluctuating between no hunger (anxiety issues due to sick family) and overeating because of ... I don't know. It's not by much. Life is weird. Bodies are weird, so my goals today are just to ride out the drama and hopefully get this headache to stop. Also, to eat pretty ok. I still haven't gotten on the scale because…

@merph518 I have been there where your wife has been -- when my husband and I first started out, gosh he lost so quickly. I got jealous, but I had to turn that jealousy into something constructive. Ultimately, don't lose sight of all the hard work (you look awesome, btw!) you've done! I do hope that your wife can find a…

I took a dart and shot it at the middle of my BMI and then figured out a range. I have the "I want to be around this most days of the year." And then the "my gluttonous birthday/holiday cap" levels were set. My intention is to settle in this range, but bodies are weird and I might not like myself in the middle of the BMI.…

I wish I could see myself as I am and not the shape of the person I perceive in my mind.

@NovusDies I am glad to see that you had your surgery and that recovery went well!

I am not at goal... and this week has been rough, but. A few NSVs. * Weight loss is hard and for a while I struggled hard with what I cannot see: it was hard enough to tread water much less keep up with the social aspects of weight loss. But I still logged. I still trudged forward, even though it felt like nothing was…

@ElizabethKalmbach Yay! I hope your health keeps improving!! I need to get my bum moving on exercise. You have inspired me now! NSV... idk. I had a ton of them, but last week life took a nose dive like the Titanic. So I guess the best list of NSVs are: * I had a great vacation and ate all the things and yet my clothing…
