I kinda just winged it. And I hate cooking. So imagine how silly I looked when I did all this. I poked a ton of holes in it and stuck it in the microwave for 8 minutes. I just finished Week 5 day 1 today! I was absolutely not a runner EVER. I set my sights on this and its happening! I'm proud to report that this non runner ran (3) 5 minute intervals today and ROCKED IT OUT!! Woo hoo!! You can do it, its a great program!

I actually am only 1/3 done of my total weight loss goal of 91 lbs, BUT! I hit a milestone this week, and hit a weight I haven't seen in the past 6 YEARS!! I feel accomplished and oh so happy! Congrats to all of you for your hard work!

I usually run on the treadmill so I stick it in the cupholders but when I run outside-I stick it in my bra. Haha classy I know.

WOW! I walk at 3.0 and run anywhere between 4.3-4.8. You're a speed demon but hey if you can do it!
