I suggest the bands too... You can even wrap them over the top of the door & shut the door. It will hold them in place. Then you sit on the floor to mock the pull up. They show ya how on the P90X videos.

I have/had panic attacks. I found that carbs did help with them, but then again panic attacks are "all in your head" So I don't think there is a connection in eating carbs to help decrease panic attacks. I agree with alot of people, wheat flour and fat free milk, plus go light on the sausage. you can still have fried fish, just fry it in a healthy oil like, olive oil and remember portion control! With portion control you don't have to deny yourself anything!

I feel the same! In April 2012 is our 10yrs. / 11yrs together. He has helped me accomplish so much. At times he's my best friend and worst enemy, but I couldn't imagine anybody else to be with. We are so opposite, but it works for us!

I've been running a mile 3 times a week & hoping to up that, plus adding more squats & lunges to try & firm up.. guess It will all just take some time.... I agree would rather have the skin then Fat! LOL! I've heard that exfoliating the skin & lotion after helps.. been trying that for a week now... Hopefully it will help…

Great program! I'm currently in Phase 3 of P90X! I Love it! It does give great results if you give 100%. In 2 months of the program I lost 7lbs and 4 pant sizes.
