HI, sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I run three times a week, leaving a day or two inbetween. On other days I do 30 day shred or go walking. How are you getting on?

Think I just messed up my reply- note to self,typing on iPod not good!thanks,the annoying thing is it's my legs that want me to stop not the rest of me!!!so frustrating!but like you say,it's surprising-I've gone from a literal couch potato to being able (just!!) to run for 8 mins!!

Lots of people tell me it's bad to stretch cold muscles,so not to do it before a run...I stretch lots afterwards though-I suppose everyone has different ideas/methods!Thanks for your help!

Thanks for that,there's somewhere near where I live that does that so will try and go soon.I keep being told not to stretch before running though-gets very confusing!
