I have a picture of myself at my worst on the fridge to motivate me. I ran across it awhile ago and was sobered. I remember the event clearly and never realized I was that big. I wrote on the top of the picture "NEVER AGAIN"

I think so. A lot of people experience a weight gain after a hard work out and after a few days it goes back down.

People are not going to smell pretty at the gym. When you sweat all kinds of odors come out of your pores. Like the garlic you had at lunch for example. Get used to it and be a little more tolerant.

do you have spike days? Yesterday was my spike day. I like to keep my calories varied from day to day.

You probably don't need to worry about the scale any more at this point just measure. It sounds like you are losing fat. Is the profile pic a resent one? How much protein do you eat?

I Only weigh in the morning before breakfast after the bathroom. And no more after that. Never during TOM.

Eat a lot of high iron foods (spinach,liver,,etc.) Your favorite pain meds. and heavy protection. Then go for it. I had the Warrior Dash this weekend on my day three and did just fine.

I just figured it out that I drink about 64 oz of water a day. Half a gallon.

I drink twice what they recommend. Any less and I feel dehydrated.
