Thank you for the input ladies and guys! I had just gotten below the 60's, a number I haven't seen in 15 years and now it's three pound up. I'll just have to be patient and wait till the soreness goes away and see what the scale says then.

I know of someone who broke through their plateau by drinking a super rich ice cream milk shake in addition to their normal meals. Sometime it does take a good spike day to break through it. That way your body wont get used to a certain number of calories.

I hate seeing all those lovely yokes go to waste. There are so many important nutrients you miss when you throw the yoke out. Plus the wonderful flavor. I eat 3 a day most days. But I do get my eggs fresh from my chickens. YUM!!!!

Definitely don't dump MFP!! It is the perfect place to make sure you are getting your nutritional and calorie requirements. Reset it to track iron and calcium. Since pregnant women need more.
