I agree, but I set a goal of 50 pounds lost before I could cheat. If I cans till loose some pounds this week, I will be ok :)

I do have a doctor appointment next week, so I can get a little more info on how to loose this weight healthier and some calculators suggest my healthy weight at 220, while others say 170? Its weird, but I just want to feel and look good. Thank you all and I will update you when I get the info.

With what I eat, its never more than 20g of fat. I eat semi-generous amounts, but its all usually low calorie and low fat foods.
