Trying to keep from weighing myself every day..... shooting for once a week! My goal is to work out at the gym 3-4 times a week and continue to log my food daily.

Thank you all for your encouragement. I will just keep plugging away and keep getting healthier. I sure do feel better. I wish I would have taken my measurements when I started:ohwell: I do feel my pants becoming a little looser.
