I am lucky to lose 4 lbs in 30 days.... :( wish I would/could lose more. Depends on metabolism and lifestyle I suppose.

I work out at home. Hated it when I was just doing straight cardio (treadmill and bike) was seeing very little weight loss or body shape change and I was getting frustrated. Then I tried the ripped in 30 DVD and measured myself. 1/2 way through I saw real results and others started noticing too, so I stuck with it and…

way to go! impressive results! hoping for similar myself. currently finished up day 5 of level 2. :) keep up the great work!!!!
-
I finished up day 10 of level 1, so that means tomorrow I will weigh/measure and start level 2!
-
I ate pizza tonight also, 2 slices. As it came (ham and pineapple)... I don't feel guilty either lol. Not going to punish myself- it was within my calorie limits, and I don't have it every day, or even every week. :) To each there own I suppose, but do try and not to feel guilty and punish yourself over a slice of pizza.

I did the Ripped in 30 by Jillian. Similar to the 30 day shred... 4 levels, done in 30 mins. :) best of luck to you!!
-
I have Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and the 30 day shred. I also bought her DVD no more trouble zones but haven't done that yet. The 30 day shred and ripped in 30 are aerobic/cardio/strength workouts for 30 mins total including warm up and cool down), they are pretty intense and each disk has multiple levels that you…

feel free to add me! I am on my rest day today, but tomorrow will be day 3 of level 1. I will do each level for 10 days, measure before switching levels. I did the ripped in 30 video and lost a total of 4 lbs and 11 inches... so YES Jillian's videos DO work!! I am looking forward to similar results with this one! :)

I had good results with Ripped.. lost 4 lbs and 11 inches. I am really hoping for the same type of results for the 30 day shred. I am on day 2 level 1. tomorrow is my rest day though. :)

I just posted my results of 30 days of ripped in 30 on the success board... YES it works! I only lost 3 lbs, but 10 inches. Even though I am at 30 calendar days I still have 2 days of week 3 and 7 days of week 4 to complete, so officially I will finish up Oct 12th. Then I plan to start the 30 day shred dvd.

sounds yummy.... you can also substitute shredded zucchini for the spinach... I use that all the time as a filler in turkey meatloaf, keeps it moist. :)
-
love it!! weigh to go! :)
-
wow, nice job!!

open your diary so we can see what you log and maybe we can help. Also, make sure you are switching up your routine and eating back most of your exercise calories, as well as drink lots of water. Try taking measurements and then tracking that over time too, not just the scale.
-
you look great! and younger too!!
-
I sent you a friends request- I log on daily to nkeep myself accountable :)
-
take measurements of your body and don't rely on the scale alone! especially before starting a new cardio / weight routine :) muscle really does weigh more than fat and your muscles retain the water as they repair themselves. :)

wow, way to go, what a great difference! I am 5'2 and in process of ripped in 30 (week2, day4) your shred results are awesome!!
-
wow! nice results! I am currently on week 2, just did day 2 tonight of Ripped in 30. I have never done a Jillian workout before and this one is kicking my butt! I took measurements Sept 2nd, and I plan to do each week for a full 7 days with one rest day (so 8 days per "week"). So it will take me over a month. I didn't lose…

I am doing the ripped in 30 days dvd and log it as general aerobics, moderate. it give me 248 cals for 30 mins.
-
wow, BIG difference, you look great!! keep it going!
-
I am ready for week 2 of the ripped in 30 dvd! I made it through a full 7 days of week 1, and my legs didn't ache after day 3! lol

I made individual pizzas the other night for dinner, I used a 100 calorie pita for the crust, 2 tbsp of marinara sauce, and 1/4 cup skim mozzarella cheese. you can add finely chopped onions, green peppers, mushrooms, or ham and pineapple etc... should be less than 300 cals even loaded with veggies or lean ham. it was yummy…
-
I did day 1 of fit in 30 and didn't die.... lol. :)
-
I used a betty crocker devils food cake mix and I think it was a 15oz can of pumpkin.
-
spaghetti squash w/marinara sauce us cheap and filling. you could make turkey meatballs and cook pasta for the family. Also turkey meatloaf is not too expensive to make, add in a fresh zucchini (shredded) keeps the meatloaf moist and adds extra veg, serve with frozen veg of your choice. Chicken breasts are fairly cheap and…

make a batch of pumpkin chocolate muffins. Super easy and low cal. Just take a devils food cake mix and mix it with a can of pumpkin puree (no need to add eggs, oil, or anything), mix well and bake.... mmmm yum!
