there are different seasonings you can get to put on them. I have one thats like a salty/spicy seasoning. I love it! I just make sure I have lots of water so the sodium doesnt make me bloat.

maybe water weight?? you might try upping your water intake and lowering sodium. also even cardio can build muscle, so you may see a bit of gain before the loss. stick with it, you'll get there! :)

I am 5'2 and weighed 104 right out of high school. That was pretty dang skinny for me and I feel that if I tried to make that my goal now it would be really hard to maintain... I am most comfortable at about 114-118 and it seems like an easy weight to stay at.
