Me too. I was doing really well and then got sidetracked by grad school this semester. Need some more motivation and encouragement. Feel free to add me!

I use 3lb or 5lb weights...depends on how strong I'm feeling that day. It's got a lot of repetition in terms of use of body parts, so anything heavier tires me out. But great dvd!

I am also 5'6 and started at 245...I'm currently at 221. I have some pics in my profile. Feel free to friend me.

Maybe contact the company? Polar has a warranty on all of their products...I don't know what it covers exactly, but they might be able to help.

I just got the Polar FT7 and used it for the first time today....for the 30 day shred MFP was telling me that I was burning upwards of 300 cals (and maybe I was the first time I did the shred), but with the HRM today, I only burnt 134 cal.

I wont lie, I am TERRIFIED for the fall. My summer semester ended already so I am only seeing clients now, but the fall is going to be scary hard.

What about the watch part? Did it interfere with push-ups or anything?
-
That is awesome news!! How was it to wear the HRM while doing the Shred?

I'm about to begin my second year of a PsyD (Doctorate of Psychology) in Clinical and School Psychology. Since starting school last September, I think I gained approx 20 pounds and began biting my nails again out of anxiety and stress. I had not bitten my nails in like 10 years!! And being in class till 10pm isn't helpful…

I'm in! I finished the 30ds today, and I'm just waiting on my Ripped in 30 dvd to arrive!

You cannot be addicted to food. You need food to stay alive. You may over eat or binge eat, but it is impossible to be addicted to food just as it is impossible to be addicted to water or air. Binge eating disorder is very difficult to overcome, but it is possible with the right resources. I am so sorry that things are…

I think 3Ib...I'm on level 3 right now and anything more than 3lb at some points would be really rough. There are lots of repetitions, so the 3lbs will help you tone even if they initially seem too light. My sister started with 5lb weights and had to move to 3lbs.

My neurologist advised me to regulate my sleep and eating schedule as much as possible. I am pretty certain that stress is a big trigger for me, but I'm taking some meds and waiting to try out Botox once it gets approved by my insurance. I tried dietary changes and food tracking and homeopathic supplements before going on…

My weight has been staying about the same plus or minus a few pounds. BUT I just measured (I'm on day 13) and I have lost inches which is super encouraging!

D12L2...My whole body is creaky! I keep thinking it'll be ok, and then bam! I need a more supportive sports bra. Suggestions?
-
I am using 3lb weights right now...

I've never skipped, but lately its been really light. Maybe tmi, but last month it barely came and this month it was early, which until now never happened. Are you exercising more than usual? That can trigger weird menstruation behavior. Did your gyn say anything about that?

keeping your friends when you are married is EXTREMELY important!
